We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Sales tax will be charged to all purchases made within Minnesota. Your credit card will be charged once the order is received online. If you wish to cancel an order, please do so through your account or contact us.
Return Policy
We sincerely hope that you are happy with the purchase you have made. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with what you have ordered, we will accept a return within 7 days of purchase for a refund in store credit. 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. Items must be returned in new condition in the original packaging. Sale items and customized pieces are non-returnable.
To request a return, please complete the Product Return Form (PDF) and enclose it with your package. You will be notified via email once your return as been processed. Please note that we cannot refund shipping charges on returned items. Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.
Exchange Policy
If you’d like to exchange a product, simply return your product according to the policy above and make a new purchase transaction.
